Elaine has been helping people mange change since 2008 and offers 1-to-1 wellbeing coaching utilising a blended mix of mindfulness, hypnotherapy and NLP tailored to suit your personal situation.
She offers wellbeing coaching, face to face in the Scottish Borders or online via Skype which allows her to bring the session into your own home.
