The courses and workshops are taught for educational purposes only and are not offered as a treatment for any specific physical or psychological conditions. If you are suffering from a condition either physical or mental and have any concerns about attending a course or workshop please check with your doctor that it is suitable for you.

Confirmation of booking details

By booking a place on a course or workshop, you confirm that the details pertain to you and that you are aged 18 or over.

Your place is only confirmed on receipt of full payment of either a non-refundable deposit, or the applicable fee. If paying online, your place is confirmed immediately. If paying by cheque or bank transfer, your place is not confirmed until  cleared funds are received.

How we use your information

We will not pass your personal details to anyone else unless required to do so by court order.

Cancellation policy

The following will apply if you wish to cancel a course or workshop:

The Deposit payment is non-refundable at any time.

With regards to the non-deposit element of your booking the following will apply:

If you cancel within 31 days of the start date of the course or workshop no refund will be given.

If you cancel within 32 days and 62 days of the start date of the course or workshop a refund of 50% will be given.

If you cancel more than 62 days of the start date of the course or workshop a refund of 85% will be given.

In the unlikely event of a course or workshop being cancelled by us due to low numbers or other unforeseen circumstances, all money already paid will be refunded.  We will not be liable for any other costs including (for example) travel or accommodation charges.

Liability

While we take every precaution possible, we will not be held responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings while on the premises where the courses take place.
